Cleveland Heights has a new community called Bluestone.  You’ve probably driven past it at Mayfield and South Taylor if you have been around Severance lately.  Because of the community’s proximity to the hospitals, the tax abatement it enjoys, and open floor plans and covered attached parking which are lacking from other “older” condos in Cleveland, Bluestone has enjoyed quite a bit of success in recent years.

The newest phase features the Chicago Style Townhome.  These homes are under construction and are currently pre-selling.  The public has taken notice and reservations have been brisk.  That’s probably because of the price per square foot (right around $160); the popular layout including multiple floors; the rooftop deck and the bonus room on the first floor.
